Roasted chicken breasts

I never get tired of trying out new chicken recipes. This one has the best combination ever. Let’s start

Ingredients:

Yogurt – Skinless chicken breasts – Black pepper – Salt -  Apple Vinegar – Paprika – Tahenah – Mustard – Italian seasoning – Myonise – Minced garlic – Mushroom

- Mix yogurt, 2tsp vinegar,minced garlic,black pepper,2sp Myonise. Apply it to the chicken breasts. Rub the mixture on the chicken breasts and put it aside for 30 mins.

In the meantime, prepare the chicken sauce. Mix the tahenah, mustard and Paprika together. Add water until it becomes a little bit creamy. Add black pepper and salt..

Now, preheat the oven to 350 dergees. Pour olive oil into the roasting pan and add the chicken breasts  and cook until it becomes golden. Before you take it out of the oven, place the mushroom over the chicken breasts and cook until brown.

- Add the sauce we prepared earlier to the chicken and sprinkle the Italian seasonings. Serve it along with the remained sauce as a dipping. 3>

Tomato soup

This is one of the recipes that you’ll regret not making it asap.It’s literally; yummy  :silly:

Ingredients:

1 red onion cut into small squares

1 carrot cut into small squares

2 bay leaf

3 tomatoes cut into quarters

1 tsp of tomato puree

1 cube of Maggie chicken stock

2 tsp of lemon juice

1 tsp of red pepper

1 tsp vinegar,salt and black pepper

water

Preparation:

Dice the carrot and onion. Melt the butter in a large heavy-based pan; add the chopped vegetables and bay leaf. Cook for 3-4 minutes

Add the tomatoes, the tomato puree, the chicken stock and the water. Bring to the boil for15 minutes.

After that, mix the soup in the blender and bring it back to boil.

Then,lower the heat,add salt &pepper,red pepper,lemon,vinegar and cream.Stir a little and serve it hot.

Attention Foodies

Since I am good at cooking I thought I have to brag a little about it :coolwink: . I find myself  into cooking more than baking. But yesterday I baked something really delicious.

I usually cook when I’m sad,depressed or angry. I feel like releasing all the anger inside me. Sometimes I cook two or three types of  food and sometimes more. It depends on how sad/depressed/angry I am. Also, the thing I cook once I don’t cook it again. I don’t memorize the recipe or add the link to favourite. Except for some reciepe which I’m in love with. When people ask me and I don’t remember how I made it, they think I’m a liar  :blank: .
